Barry Brown; Rope & Canvas Craftsman & Netmaker: You would have to use a very small font to crowd that across a business card in one line. But in truth it is an apt description of this site. Mr. Brown has posted quite a few pictures of his knot projects. I have never seen one on the hoof, but the pictures show some excellent craftsmanship. If I had to guess, among non-fishermen of the world netting is a rarer skill than knotting. Here reside pictures of both, showing work I would be proud to have above my name. Mr. Brown has also posted a downloadable tutorial on an extraordinary Pineapple knot variation. One of these days …. one of these days. Reviewed 2010.10.17.
