Someone Else Discovers A Way To Make A Houndstooth Pattern In A Pineapple Interweave

A while ago I posted a picture of my first attempt at making a houndstooth weave in a Turk’s Head knot. It was an OK knot, but at best, only half way to a houndstooth. Since then my attempts have been further from my goal, not closer. In the meanwhile a gentleman who runs one of the sites I visit semi-regularly has posted a picture and tutorial for a very successful houndstooth.

Mr. Sidney Woods deserves congratulations on this one. The rest of his site is also excellent. If you are interested in Turk’s Heads and their kin you should go check him out.

Thank you for coming by my site. See you next time you’re at the parade:
